Please look carefully at Herr Heinz Kissinger’s quote above – dated 1991. He declared that in order to get individual rights to be WILLINGLY GIVEN UP – and external threat would have to be recognized. This “external threat” doesn’t have to be REAL, only IMAGINED.

Today we have many “patriots” declaring that “Planet X” is coming very soon to unleash destruction and terror on planet earth. Oh really?
