First, this is not an “Air Force Base” — it is a PRIVATELY OWNED FACILITY known as “Reynolds Airpark” a private Airport and “manufacturing facility”. A Mr. Ted McGowan is the manager – and their phone number is: 94-284-355. Second, these are not “U.N. Vehicles”. These white vans belong to Pegasus International and Cerberus/DynCorp.

Now, for the BAD NEWS — “Reynolds Airpark” is listed in the Clay County Fla. plat/tax rolls as being wholly owned by a company named Pegasus International. Ok, I thought, what exactly is “Pegasus International” and what exactly do they do?? Well – among other things, they just happen to be involved in the OIL DRILLING BUSINESS – with ties to Halliburton and BRITISH PETROLEUM!!! What the hell??? As of May 28, 21 – all the vehicles were still there. I don’t believe the BING maps are current – they likely are 2 years behind GOOGLE EARTH, which is typically a two-year old image. The only way to know for sure is to have someone pay a visit to the site.

OMG — yes indeed. Mr. Ames hits the mark here. I found that Cerberus, in conjunction with DynCorp Int. (who has the very lucrative contract for “patrolling the Mexican border”) has been micro-chipping the aliens after paying them $3 USD for their plasma. Why the micro-chips? Because DynCorp has been also injecting viruses into the host humans in order to harvest the antigens for vaccine production at Eli Lilly and company. The microchips allow them to track the antigen donors, and the donor then gets a nice little bonus for a 2nd and 3rd visit to the plasma bank.
This is more than a $12 billion dollar a year business – for it’s not just plasma that’s being harvested. Again, where did last spring’s “H1N1 Swine Flu” breakout? At a DynCorp/Cerberus harvesting facility of course. As a result, untold billions of dollars worth of VACCINES were peddled worldwide.
Upon reading this over a few times, it’s clear that while you have discovered some threads, you have not linked the Dyncorp-Cerebrus-Goldman deal that led to the dumping of BP stock with the fleet of vehicles that showed up on the airstrip.
I know a name’s a name, but how are Pegasus International and Pegasus Research connected? This needs to be hammered down and confirmed, and in my mind, it hasn’t. They could be two unrelated companies, in which case the vehicles on Pegasus International’s airstrip may not even be connected to Project Pegasus.

So, for your theory to work, you really need to show that all these Pegasus companies are indeed different branches of the same thing.
Yes, it’s just a theory – but like most scientific models, you begin with what appears the most logical, and experiment and question until the theory is either proven valid and upheld or shown to be wrong and discarded.
You bring up some good points, of course – and I am digging and researching it as time allows. First, you must understand that Pegasus International is a parent company of dozens of other, smaller companies and “spinoffs”. When a business name is registered as an international trademark, or even in the U.S. alone – the only LEGAL way another company can use ANY PART of the name is if it is a subsidiary of the parent company. For instance, how many APPLE computer companies are doing business in America? How many Macintosh computers are not tied to APPLE? How many APPLE tvs or radios are being marketed? If I were to begin a company, and wanted to name it “Pegasus Minerals” — my attorneys would research the NAME and undoubtedly tell me to find another. Now — doesn’t that make you feel better? Thousands of satellite vans all being equipped with new technology apparently designed to somehow network with existing GWEN towers – all to supply you with HD signals? Sorry, but the referenced PDF file doesnt include any information on the claim you are making. It doesnt speak of cars or vehicles at all. Dont know where you think you found that information within that document. All I can find is how they plan to analyse search querys within blue and yellow pages and other database systems.

Sorry, but you have missed the point. OF COURSE it doesn’t refer to “cars or vehicles at all”. This is the problem, these white vans are a mystery and is the whole point of the paper is that I am trying to find out what is going on — one thing is quite obvious, they are not “UN Vehicles”.
Again, there is no public website that I could find giving a rational explanation for these vehicles. However, a friend in Oklahoma told me that Pegasus there at the Reynolds AirPark is “converting vans with equipment for DirectTv”. Ok — makes sense. Then we need to ask, what and WHO is behind DirectTV and HuLu technology?? Is it just innocent entertainment for America, or is there something sinister going on behind the Hollywood signs?? The sat pic that is shown at airport data.com is the same image as the Jan.3, 28 pic shown on Google Earth. I think you’ve confused the upload date (the date airport.com uploaded or changed the Google picture) and the actual image date of the picture they uploaded.
Maybe the CIA does own that airfield with the one remaining strip in service (to fly in a little coke?) but does that really mean they have anything to do with those vehicles? If the CIA owns the whole airfield maybe they rent the unused strips (for beer money) to large vehicle dealerships.
Could they not simply be new import vehicles that have been offloaded from car carrier ships (which do offload at the piers nearby) and have been parked until further shipment to dealerships around the state. That picture was taken in Jan, 28, the economy hadn’t crashed and people were still buying cars.

Yes, I read you article on HuLu and most of the of the other articles too. I don’t see anything more there than speculation with some pretty broad assumptions.

That one building complex attached to the remaining airstrip may very well belong to who you say. I’m not questioning that part.
It’s those vehicles I’m curious about. As soon as I saw that video I knew those weren’t UN vehicles so I’ve been looking into what they might be as well as all the various maps and confusions about the image dates.

You can look up car carrier ships if you want info on them. Some of them carry more than 5 vehicles. Jaxport Blount Island, just a bit north up that river was unloading over a hundred of them a year when times were good. Some of those car carriers very likely came as far as Green Cove Springs, deeper into the state than Jacksonville and where they have docking facilities and some nice big unused airstrips to store unloaded vehicles.
Haven’t yet found any info on the net about shipping schedules for any car carriers anywhere. I’m sure it could be found but possibly not on the net.
So I given you some visual proof for parts of the question. Let’s see yours.

Apples and oranges, Mr sinetist. I think I have proven that the white vans are located on a very suspicious private “air base”. You haven’t shown me “visual proof” of any uniform cars parked on a similarly suspicious “CIA” airstrip. It’s not the number of the vehicles, nor their uniformity that makes them suspect. It is the location and the PEGASUS INTERNATIONAL connections that make this an enigma worth pursuing.

You are all splitting hairs over some possibly totally irrelevant vans parked at an airfield. The vans and the airfield may or not be owned by who you say they are owned by.
What is more important to concentrate on is the relationships and financial ties of these inter-related corporations and discover who is behind them, and what their goals are. Thus far you have done a good job of putting the pieces of those connections together.

The parcel is owned by the Clay County Port, not “Pegasus International” on the Clay County tax rolls. It is zoned as public land.

You can see that the above image is taken from the county’s 28 aerial map flown by the county. Flip to the 29 aerial map, and you can see that the white vehicles have been replaced with a range of colors and sizes.
Now for the most important thing though̷
Flip to the 28 aerials, the one of the “vans”. Select the draw tool (under the hammer and wrench icon).
Now, select “draw line”. Measure the length of a row of 5 vehicles. Mini-vans are 2+ inches long. The direct tv ram vans are cargo vans, typically 23 inches long. Even if parked bumper to bumper, that would be 83′+ and 95′+ respectively.
But the rows of vehicles are almost all less than 8′ long. Start measuring the individual vehicles, and you not only find that they are not uniform in length, but that nearly all of them are less than 16′ (192″) long. Many of them are less than 13′ long.
13′ long is a subcompact car, not a cargo van!
