Brigham Young himself referred to the Temple Garment as “magical” in nature, he even went so far as to declare that Joseph Smith and his brother Hyrum, were “FALLEN PROPHETS” because they had earlier renounced the wearing of magical underwear when they travelled to Carthage. Young declared in a SLC sermon that the Smiths were likely killed because they didn’t have the magic “Protections” afforded by the “garments” while others such as John Taylor were protected.
Of course what the propaganda film fails to mention is the incredible similarities of the Mormon “temple robes” to that of the Jewish B’nai B’rith Freemason ceremonial “temple robes”. Of course it also fails to mention that Joseph Smith copied the “temple robes” from them. It also fails to mention that the “sacred symbols” sewn into the temple underwear consist of the three symbols of Freemasonry as well – the Masonic compass, the Square, and the Straight Rule -which covers the left and right breast and the navel and the knee of the Mormon undies.
The four-minute film also fails to mention, of course, that ONLY in the BLACK MAGIC GRIMOIRES of Satanism does the concept of sewing SYMBOLS into underwear for the purposes of magical “protection” from the demonic entities conjured by the magic rites appear. This is not in any way, shape or form a Biblical edict -far from it. For that matter, it is not a Book of Mormon practice either. It is only done by those, who, like Lucy Mack Smith (Joseph’s mother) declared in her biographical book, wish to “perfect the FACULTY OF ABRAC” (i.e practice and master the biblically forbidden arts of black magic).
Furthermore, good Mormon people, just because the practice of wearing special temple garb was written in the Old Testament, it doesn’t mean it is applicable to you and Christianity today. Prior to the advent of Jesus, many other obtuse rituals were also conducted by the Hebrew priests – such as the burning of animals. Why can’t you understand that once Christ’s atonement was completed, ALL of the early “temple rituals” were rendered moot and unnecessary? Why can’t you understand that reverting back to Old Testament “temple worship” is in fact denying the efficacy of His incredible work on your behalf? Why can’t you understand that this is MOCKING HIM?? Why can’t you understand this is exactly what Paul told the “jews” who so anxiously rebuilt the damaged temple and re-installed the torn temple veil?

According to ex-LDS Historian Michael Quinn’s seminal book “Early Mormonism and the Magic World View” – Founder Joseph Smith and his entire family was deeply steeped in black magic ritual. Wikipedia informs us that to gain the “secret of ABRAC”, an initiate who follows the GRIMOIRE instructions must follow:

The problem is, that once they are “evoked” – the 12 “Kings and Dukes of Hell” are never truly “bound” – rather, they possess the souls of the initiate in every single case.
Joseph Smith understood that the protective magic “talismans” are most effective when worn 24/7 directly against the practitioner’s skin. This is exactly where the Magician Joe Smith got the idea of sewing the Masonic emblems of POWER AND PROTECTION directly into the “sacred temple garment”.
I agree with the propaganda film above, the good Mormon people SHOULD be “offended” by the TRUTH of the origins of their customs are exposed.

hey true, lets see if you in all your wisdom can write anything comparable to the book of mormon. you have a doctorate from devrey u and joseph smith only had 3 years of formal education. so you in your wise wisdom write a book and print it 1s of millions of times in over 1 languages, get tens of millions of people to devote their lives to it, raise their children by it, send their kids around the world at mostly the family expense to share its message, convince them to adhere to a health code, donate 1 to 2 % of thier income to a new church, fast and feed the poor and be a force for good world wide, be persucuted by the popular contemorary rock n roll christian community world wide, have everything sacred that you beleive mocked and ridiculed high and low through out the world and you create the fastest growing christian church in your own country that brings about the good that joseph smith had done, until then , keep your empty pie hole shut. a few hundred people know your name. most are the disgruntlted apostates of your illllllk, you flaky jakes continue to attempt to rewrite our history all you want, the day is approaching when all who listened to your dribble will rue the day they ever heard of the pitiful name of true ott. james kroshus
2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 I merely point out the “lies” of Mormonism, and they are many. Remember, a half-truth is merely a very disguised lie. Joe Smith was a WICCA HIGH PRIEST, Mr. Kroshus. Of that there can be not doubt to the honest researcher of ACTUAL LDS HISTORY! (See Michael Quinn’s book). Why would anyone want to “write anything comparable” to the incredible Holy Bible, unless they wanted to twist the Gospel truths found there?? Thank you for this Dr. Ott. There’s so many important points here I would like to comment on the completion of Christ’s atonement. In the Old Testament God communicated to his people, the Israelites, through his prophets. Moses brought forth Gods Law we call the Mosaic Law including the Ten Commandments which the people were to obey according to the letter of the law. The Holy Spirit wasnt given to his people until Christ was Glorified, that is until his Atonement was completed. John 7:39, (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) So after Christ conquered death at Calvary he was glorified and his people then could receive the Holy Spirit. The Holy Temple then is described in 1 Corinthians 6:9, What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? It is your body not a building. We need to live by the letter of the law in Gods Word but Christ gave us the Spirit of the Law as well through the Holy Ghost. A religion which constructs buildings and calls them gods temple is adversarial to the above quotes from the Bible. But not only do these temples violate the letter and the spirit of the law but the rituals done in secret do as well. John 7:4, For there is no man that doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world. God Bless.
